General Return Policy
We think you will love the products you purchase from the Sister Collective. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Please email us at support@thesistercollective.com and someone will assist you with your return.
If you are returning an item because you were shipped an incorrect item or it was defective, we will issue you a pre-paid shipping label for free return shipping. In all other cases, you will be responsible for shipping charges and may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. Please also note that shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received was damaged, defective or incorrect.
To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping charges. Please allow up to two weeks from when we receive the returned item to receive your refund. This includes 1-3 days for us to process your return, and 5-10 days for your bank to process our refund request. Once we have received your return shipment and processed your refund, you will be notified via email.
